I love this thing! I worked out with it in 90-degree heat, and it actually held in a lot of my sweat, so I wasn't sweating all over the place which I liked. it gives good support. I even wear around the house so I could use it as a waist trimmer. it's true to size!

This waist cincher is very comfortable, very supportive and It does not cut off your circulation or make it hard to breathe. I could have ordered a smaller size, but the Velcro waist area is adjustable!! I will definitely be ordering from this company again.

It's a little snug but it's ok since its adjustable. I worked out in it, and I feel the support that it gives, I think that's why I went 20 more minutes than normal. My Fitbit called me an overachiever today making over 2500 more steps then my limit. I will use it daily!
