I have been drinking this tea for two weeks now, once in the morning and once before bed. It works! I have struggled with “regularity” for the past 10 years (peri menopause) despite a super healthy diet and THIS tea has been keeping me regular. No hunched over abdominal pain or need to make a beeline for the WC either. Everything feels normal. My stomach is so much flatter. I also get cravings around that time of the month and surprising this was under control too. I know the tea is supposed to act as an appetite suppressant but to help control that urge to consume sweets was certainly a welcomed surprise. The tea bags are quality (as pictured below), meaning they don’t tear, and the tea tastes good. You can smell the pineapple and no need for sweetener at all. I’m ordering some more and I recommended it to my friend too.
